Course Description
In this course, students work on an independent yet supervised Thesis Project. Building upon research conducted in the previous semester, students identify areas of interest for their final Thesis Major Project. The most important aspect is for students to be aware of the role they have to play in society as ‘Socially Conscious Thinker Designers’ and how through their design contributions they can contribute to society in a positive way. Through this course it is encouraged that students work on topics that deal with sensitive issues, sustainable trends and social issues to make contributions as designers. The idea is to empower the students to develop their design philosophy.
