Description
We live in a world of dreams (ambitions, aspirations, goals, and desires). Most of the dreams were already present through the generations before us. Therefore, our own dreams and personalities are subject to the conditioning of all those prior bigger dreams. Once we realize that our identity is shaped by all these external factors, we can think more independently.
In this exercise, the students appropriated an image, a design text to create a work of art or design that challenged/questioned its already established notion/concept by adding a new layer of meaning to it. The students also selected an object and changed its function to add new meaning to it.
